If you have ever experienced night terrors or helplessly witnessed your child endure them, you know how important it is to be able to recognize the indicators.

  2. This is a fab article, Tricia. I haven’t experience this with my kids, but I’m sure it’s terrifying to go through. (My daughter had violent tantrums when my son was born and she was just 16 months, but she was fully awake when she lifted the crib floor up off the ground with her little legs … with the mattress on top of it).
